Overview
Description
Founded in 1845 by Ferdinand‑Adolph Lange in Glashütte, the marque was nationalised post‑WW II, then spectacularly reborn in 1994. Modern icons like the Lange 1 and Datograph pair hand‑finished three‑quarter plates and outsize date with in‑house calibres, produced in only a few thousand pieces a year. The steadfast focus on engineering and sober Teutonic aesthetics secures its status as the reference for German fine watchmaking.
